parking is limited. if you drive Alphard or any big MPV. you can fit 1 MPV. Ngam ngam. the parking spot is uneven. and to make things worst buyers or customers of stalls nearby tend to block your parking space. Adjacent to keropok lekor and Tomyam stall. 2nd thing i dont like is there is NO water heater.

“Good for family stay and near to town.”
So spacious. Only the living room and 1 room is without air conditioner. 2 rooms with air-conditioner. So clean and perfect for family, near to town and along the road with keropok lekor shops. Can easily take grab and can buy food from the opposite road. So near to the market if you wish to cook.

Very understanding and good owner. Strategic location. Very near to all viral food and keropok lekor also. Worth the price. But dont expect to much. With RM200 for the whole house and a good location were very worthy for me.
