“Unit should not be rent out, need to repair before doing so.”
Very poor communication by the host, no clear instructions from the host. Poor house condition. Master bathroom: sink clogged, water heater with malfunctioning controls, door knob almost coming off. Bedroom 2- closet without bar to hang clothes, malfunctioning ceiling light. Bedroom 3- malfunctioning ceiling fan, broken down furniture left in the closet. Living area-1 unit malfunction fan Bathroom 2- clogged sink, broken down shower. Not enough towels provided. Iron provided is unsafe to use Host was not responsive after a few messages sent.

“A comfortable stay with great location and entertainment, but some maintenance issues with the fans”
The place is conveniently located, making it easy to find things, and there are restaurants nearby. The location is quite central, so we could find all kinds of food easily. The bed in the residence was also very comfortable, allowing us to have a good sleep after a tiring day. Having Netflix on the TV was great for entertainment, and the balcony offered a beautiful sea view.

“Not clean.”
1st stay was totally ok, but for our second time stay was Very bad and poor condition. Toilet not clean at all with the shit on the toilet bowl. Owner was not aware until we notice them and send them the video of my family member cleaning up the toilet. Was not worth at all. Unit was OK but the basic tools such as iron and hanger was not prepared. Many more to type but wasting my time. Please improve for the next customer to experience better stay at your place. Thank you.

Resident parking starts at level 6. We arrived during busy hours, was ahocked to discover only 2 lifts to service the entire building. Check in was smooth. Unit was very clean. Wifi is good. My only regret is owner did not invest in necessary furnitures eg no dressing table in master bedroom. Sofa has lots of stains that I didnt feel like sitting on it. Location is good despite chinese cemetary view from my unit at level 19

Very suitable for my family of 6. Beds and pillows are soft and comfortable. Kids really love the pool and playground. Car park is good.Airconds in all bed rooms and living.

Location, ambience, spacious, cooking facility is 👍🏼. Host is also very responsive and helpful. The unit's washing machine was not working, the host immediately replaced it.

“Horrible.”
The owner ruined our holiday. VERY HORRIBLE, IRRESPONSIBLE & RUDE. How i wish i could upload their whatsapp conversations to proof how RUDE they were. The sofa is really dirty! Guys, you need to complaint directly to booking.com and they will give us refund. I did that & get the refund.
