“Nice place to stay when visiting the National Park”

Good location, hosts and rooms. Short walk from the river and the floating restaurants. A little circular loop to other restaurants if you choose not to only eat at the floating restaurants. The room was spacious. Views of the green patch in front of the room and balcony was nice. Plenty of sun in the day.

“Good place but room for improvement”

The room was comfortable and big. The aircon was definitely a must have.

When we first arrived I was a bit disappointed by the room feel, but after 4 nights we concluded it was quite comfortable. The bathroom door was too small and had broken holes in them that looked uncared for. The stairs to our room looked like they could fall and the surrounding wasn't a warm welcome. Basic but it had a good bed (bit hard for western style), a small fridge, rack to dry our clothes on the balcony, water cooker, AC and fan. The AC didnt get the room really cold but comfortable enough. We had to get our hot shower fixed as the machine wasnt working (was fixed within 2 hours). Everything was walking distance. Could join the breakfast buffet at the neighbors (Tebing) for 20RM pp, and joined their night river cruise for 50RM pp. Tebing looked more like a social place to stay with reception, tours and enthusiastic staff. Didn't see the rooms there. If I understood correctly they are both owned by the same family.

Spacious room with a large balcony. Clean & tidy, although the mattress was average for comfort. Super friendly staff & great location.

“Gem in a Pretty Setting”

Great location in a quiet, green area 5 minutes walk from the river crossing and several restaurants. The room is large with a terrace and a great view from the windows. A good bathroom with very hot water, plus fridge, electric kettle and good wifi. The owner is friendly and helpful too. I am amazed at all the reviews talking about the long walk to town. True the bus station is quite a ways, but the shuttle companies drop off and pick up at Hana so no worries. Everything else is 15 minutes or less. Great place!

“Not beautiful but functional and comfortable”

Very clean room, comfortable bed, very peaceful at night and nice outdoor space overlooking greenery. Good value for money. Nice owner. You can have breakfast next door, prepared by a family member of the owner. Good location only a few minutes walk to some restaurants and the pier.

Very nice little hotel. People prefer the Tubing but in our opinion Hana is better. The room was bigger and there was a balcony to sit outside.

We spent 4D3N at Taman Negara staying at the lovely Hana Guesthouse. The rooms were clean, spacious, and fully functional. The owner and staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. They graciously allowed us to check in early and even provided extra tea bags and coffee, which we truly appreciated. The bathrooms were clean, and the room came with a spacious balcony overlooking a beautiful garden. We enjoyed watching lovely birds visiting the garden each day, which added to the peaceful atmosphere.

Great location! 3mins walk to the river. There’s a few restaurants and mini marts in front of the school. The room is spacious, got everything you need!
