Great views over the river and lovely garden. .Quite a distance from other places although owners ferried us to Tamen Negara. Dinner was excellent.

Room immaculate and comfortable. Went half board and the meals were very good. Beautiful location with lovely gardens right next to the river.

The jungle walk the hotel arranged was really great. Nice dinner. Friendly hosts.

The food was delicious, with the dining area overlooking the serene and calm river. The room was comfortable and gardens very well kept & gorgeous. The host (husband of the owning couple) was super friendly and helpful. Loved the way they live with and care for the animals (cats) around.

“Good location close to National Park”

The guesthouse was located close to the National Park which was convenient for us as that was the main purpose of our visit. The guesthouse also provided a paid transfer to the entrance of the National Park which was useful. Unfortunately we were not aware that there were limited walking trails that you can do yourself without a guide at the National Park, therefore we were restricted by where we could walk and how far. This is not related to the guesthouse but if we had known we would probably have only stayed a couple of days in Taman Negara. The gardens at the guesthouse were beautiful and well maintained. Dinner was a good buffet spread with a variety of dishes and the breakfast was simple but adequate for us (cereal, fruit , toast and eggs).

terrific hosts that were super helpful and freindly, the accommodation itself was beautiful and the food sensational. we were able to organise activities through the guesthouse and our full day in the jungle -trecking and tubing - was the highlight of the entire trip

This place could have been great, if not for the host lady attitude! The place has a beautiful garden and location by the river, cats and nice and clean basic rooms. Food is also good.

Gorgeous garden, wonderful food and very clean and comfortable rooms. Check out the jungle day trip offered, it's really worthwhile.

“Fantastic place to stay with easy access to the rainforest.”

It’s a fantastic place to stay whilst accessing the rainforest. They organised our night tour and boat tour - we didn’t need to pre book. We did our own day walk but they advised us about that. Fantastic meals. A brilliant experience all round. They even drove us to the rainforest entrance. It’s a incredible place.

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Lush gardens. Very friendly staff and delicious and good choice of food.

The couple who run it are so friendly and helpful, offering to pick us up from the Kuala Tahan jetty and give us a lift back to the bus station. You can book onward travel with them as well which is super helpful. Breakfast and dinner provided are both delicious. We did the private day trip which was great fun, would definitely recommend.
