The room wasnt ready at 3PM, i checked in around 10 PM to get a room without any dustbin, and shower amenities. The staff/ receptionist also weren’t available most time, and take a long time to assist. Pls improve tq

“Great hotel”
Great hotel. Room clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Nice coffee bar on the rooftop. Good place to chill out with views of the river. The butterflies were a bonus. Filling breakfast served on the rooftop. There are plenty of eating places within a short distance from the hotel.

1. Hot water was not provided in my room, and the staff didn't inform me while checking in. How can a hotel run a business without this facilities. When i complained, the staff offered me to change the room. I am old and tired of changing the room again. 2. I saw a cockroach in the toilet. and can not lock the toilet. 3. The room table and black carpet were very dusty and lacked of maintenance. 4. The room is relatively small If you have a choice, take another hotel and not recommended.

WIFI given but useless. Better don't give WiFi if disconnected on the spot. No phone in the room. No iron board in the room. Staff informed in Level 2 but no signage of IRON BOARD after we searched high and low.
