“not enjoyable”
need to climb up stairs, parking is not free but didn’t tell us to pay resulting penalty from authority, toilet and blanket cover are quite stained.

The hotel was generally clean and there was an A/C in there so it was comfortable at night. The shower was pretty good, with a decent pressure, and the bed was comfortable. The staff let us leave our suitcases on the last day so we could go out until we had to leave for the airport.

“Might be the best "value for money" stay you would get in Kuala Selangor.”
- Place was in the middle of the city. - Many food options nearby the hotel, so no food provided would not be an issue - Also many convenience stores nearby. - Room was very big, could probably fit more than 3 people for our room.

“Value for money.”
Good location. Value for money. Luckily by paying additional RM5 for extra pillow we get to solve the low pillows issue. Good for short stay.

“We did not stay as the property have electricity supply issue!”
Be careful. The hotel call me stated the day i am supposed to stay there on 15 Sep, there will be electricity maintenance and going to be without electricity supply from 8pm to 12pm. We already on the way. When we said we do not want to stay and want to cancel it is non refundable. How can we stay with special needs person and small kids at night in the hotel without electricity supply. We already tired and expected us to stay there. They offer to replace the night to some other date and we do not agreed asking for compensation and they agreed to pay partial. When we asked what is the amount they said cannot pay or reimburse as now have to liase with booking.com, asking booking.com now asked to liase with the property! I am upset with all this and we lost our money for to the property!

“It was worth what we paid for - Triple room”
Location was central. It was close to Bukit Malawati and Kuala Selagor Nature Park. Just a short drive away we found many eateries.
