Location near the Kuala Perlis beach, Masjid Al Hussain, RORO and ferry terminal to Langkawi. Many eatery near the hotel. Strategic location. Staff very polite, fast check in and out.

The hotel is located next to the jetty to Langkawi, so it was convenient to catch a ferry to the island. There's a ZUS Coffee outlet next door, and some local eating places.

The worker so annoying and parking facilities so bad. Parking not available when I arriving at the hotel, when I want to check, the receptionist ask me for waiting for a while because she have to show another customer room means that this hotel also have a lack no of worker, when I'm going out, have one parking available and the other customer said to me to put something at the parking such as cone but the receptionist not give me the permission to use the cone and she ask me to waiting at the parking and ask someone in the car to bring my car without ask me who are drive the car and so on. I'm feel so angry and my voice little bit rise to the receptionist and I' m tell her that "masalahnya saya laa yg drive kereta tu, mcmana sy nk tgu kat parking nie" and I"m walking to take my car. Thankful to brother(other customer) that ask the receptionist to waiting at the parking and he can find his room by himself. Hope this hotel to find solutions especially parking facilities.. Thank you.

“Easy for Travelers”
1. Location was just 2mins walking to the Ferry Terminal (exactly opposite of the Hotel) 2. Parking space located in-front of the Hotel (Free) 3. Friendly and helpful staff 4. Easy access to local eateries. No need to drive, walking distance 5. Surround with the Paid Carparks to leave your car before departing to Langkawi
