Felt ripped off. I booked and paid for a 3 bedroom unit. On check-in day, I was told the unit was not available due to an electrical problem in the unit. Was given a 2 bedroom unit as an alternative. Told by the staff, I can choose not to take the 2 bedroom unit and opt to cancel the booking without refund and then go source for other accommodation on my own. Use of pool and availability of private carpark also misleading. Need to pay to use the pool and parking too. Sofa and high stool were sagging.
