“Terrible experience”
A terrible experience. The host completely ignored all our messages and didn’t provide any check-in instructions. On the morning of our arrival, we only managed to reach them by phone around noon. They claimed they weren’t aware of our booking. After we shared our reservation details, the host finally told us that the room had a water leak and asked us to cancel. Although the booking was refundable, we still lost about 100 RMB due to exchange rate differences and Booking.com’s refund process. We ended up with no place to stay and had to change our plans last minute. Highly not recommended
