My experience staying at this apartment was very disappointing. In terms of cleanliness, everything was acceptable. However, the main issue we faced was the water supply during showering, which was extremely weak and insufficient. Whenever the toilet water pump was used, the shower water would stop completely. In addition, we rented two apartment rooms, but only one room had water available for showering, while the other room had no water supply at all. This situation forced us to wake up very early and take turns showering one by one, which was very time-consuming and inconvenient. I hope the management will take immediate and appropriate action to resolve this issue for the comfort and convenience of guests.

Location is nice, close to KL Sentral and the Monorail.

The Skypool is amazing, looks like pure luxury and exactly what we needed on the last day to relax before the arduous journey home. The main door led to two identical studio apartments each with their own, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom which is exactly what we wanted. It was really close the SL Sentral so we could walk across in the early morning to catch the 5am Klia Ekspress.

The GoMain staff via WhatsApp are 5 star assistant friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the view of skyline along with gym and pool. Also able to use the laundromat faculty which is quite convenient. The lifts can be troublesome

The staff is nice and helpful throughout the process. The essentials was provided such as cooking appliances, soap and towels. Entertainment such as netflix, gym, swimming pools and lots of good stalls and food can be found. Just a suggestions, to provide a water filter and microwave.

location was near KL central. best to use grab to access the area. perfect for budget stay. responsive host

“Compact, New and Well Located.”

The location is excellent with the monorel just a quick walk (2mins), one stop you at Sentral Station, or an easy 10 min walk. The property is well managed with a quick response via whatsapp. If you don't have WhatsApp then I guess comms are to be through email...? The flat/apartment is very compact with a good use of this space, it has a hob and a large fridge/freezer. Bed was comfortable although access is kind of limited on the wall side. The shower is a small electric in addition to a unheated mains shower. It works okay. No hot at the sink. I loved the pool on the 53rd floor and the view of the city. The co-working area and gym are for you to use too.
