Great location 5 min walk from Petronas Towers. Plenty food option in the Petronas Mall. Great view from the rooftop to Petronas Towers. Close to the metro station.

Location is superb; minutes walk to KLCC and tube station, apartment well appointed with full air con, huge pool in complex with nice cafe, great value for money, especially compared to Singapore. Impressive city views. The tower is one of 3 in complex all over 50 storeys. Lots of working lifts. Check out was easy.

“Paid for the price.”
Strategic location both by public and private vehicle. The view of KLCC towers right smack infront of us. Pool is huge. Staff very responsive till late night.

“Amazing location, but don’t stay with this provider”
I recommend this property, the Star residences. But I will absolutely NOT recommend this agent/provider “FZB”. The guy who is responsible for the check in /check out seems to strongly dislike his job. He is hard to reach, doesn’t reply to messages, and is not on time. He is also rude, disrespectful and lacking manners. I was not sure if I would get the deposit back because of the overall appearance of this guy. The handling of the property felt kind of shady, and It is likely the worst costumer experience I have had in a very long time. That is very unfortunate, because the location is absolutely totally amazing. My recommendation is to stay at this property, but only with a different provider, or by using Airbnb or similar with a proper host to the same/similar price, which should be quite easy in Kuala Lumpur.

Penthouse advertised as a 4 bedroom when some units are not. They just put 2 extra beds in the living room and call it a room which is unacceptable

We requested 2 bedrooms one of which be twin beds, but finally both rooms were with one bed and other was sofa bed at living room. 🥴
