Very inconvenient hotel location. At night, there is almost nothing nearby to eat, and even getting a Grab/taxi is troublesome because the traffic around this area is terrible. The staff attitude was also disappointing. Not friendly, not helpful, and overall poor service experience. Another uncomfortable point is that the hotel is connected to a hospital in the same building. It does not feel relaxing or suitable for a holiday stay. For smokers, it is even more inconvenient because smoking restrictions are very strict due to the hospital next door. Considering the expensive price, this hotel is definitely not worth it. There are far better hotels in Kuala Lumpur with better service, better convenience, and a much better environment. Would not stay here again.

The hotel environment was not ideal. It is located next to a hospital, and the main road in front of the hotel was under maintenance, causing a lot of dust and air pollution. The traffic in this area is extremely congested. Although the hotel is close to the Petronas Twin Towers, we wasted a lot of time stuck in traffic every day. On top of that, the price is quite expensive compared to what the hotel offers. At this price range, there are many better options available in Kuala Lumpur. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Drying clothes after washing with the in-unit machine is an issue. The drying function is not sufficient. Property can provide a few common commercial grade dryers in the property.
