This was actually my third stay here, which is why I chose to return. The property has a dedicated check-in and check-out service: a staff member meets guests upon arrival, guides them into the parking area, assists with the registration process, and escorts them to the unit. Upon departure, another staff member is also assigned to assist and see guests off. The apartment itself is clean, tidy, and well maintained. The water pressure is excellent, making the shower experience very comfortable. These are some of the reasons why I have chosen to stay here multiple times. However, despite these positive aspects, the efficiency and punctuality of the staff assigned to guest coordination on this occasion fell below expectations, which unfortunately affected an otherwise pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Soho Suites KL, and a big part of that was thanks to Asaraf, the hotel manager. He was incredibly professional, kind, and always quick to respond—his communication made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The hotel itself is excellent—perfectly located, making it easy to get around and explore KL, and the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It really felt like a home away from home. Asaraf’s attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly stood out and elevated the entire experience. Highly recommend both the hotel and his exceptional hospitality!

The views from the apartment were really good. The apartment was really clean. Asaraf was friendly and helpful. The location was really good for us. The twin towers and metro stop are within walking distance. The apartment was well equipped, there was also plenty of drinking water. Asaraf also made sure to message us every day to see if we needed anything else for the apartment.

Absolutely loved my stay at soho in KLCC! The location is unbeatable – super convenient transportation with KLCC Park, Suria KLCC mall, and the LRT/MRT stations just a short walk away. Getting around the city was effortless, whether by public transport, Grab, or even on foot to explore the Twin Towers and surrounding areas. The service was outstanding, especially from Asaraf – his enthusiastic and warm hospitality made all the difference! He was incredibly friendly, always smiling, quick to help with check-in, gave great local recommendations, and went above and beyond for every little request. His positive energy really made the stay feel special and welcoming. The apartment itself is impressively spacious – plenty of room to relax, a big comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchenette, modern furnishings, and beautiful city views that made it feel like a true home away from home. Great value in such a prime spot! Highly recommend this place, and a big shoutout to Asaraf for his exceptional service. Will definitely stay here again next time!
