The apartment was great value for money - had everything you could need for a few days stay in Kuala Lumpur. We had an issue accessing the property upon check in and a very helpful member of M Suites staff arrived within minutes to assist.

To be fair to this property it is good value for what You pay. The staff on WhatsApp were extremely helpful and responsive and the cleaning service was excellent. You get a lot of room for the price and a good location.

“Poorly managed, misleading information, and unprofessional service.”
Nothing, unfortunately. While the building is new and the rooms are spacious, this does not compensate for the unprofessional management, misleading information (including contradictory check-out times and attempted extra charges), poor communication, and lack of proper hotel-level service. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

“My Experience Staying Here”
- the toilet bidet, shower, and any other equipment are very functionable - the room is containing of two air-cond and two ceiling fan - the kitchen part also really helpful especially for those who loves to cook by your own self - the room have shoes rack with door - the view very beautiful - the washing machine that combo with dryer also helpful - the other facility like pool and others very fun

Getting the keys was very easy at the reception desk. There is also a nice coffee shop in the lobby where we bought coffee every morning. The location is very convenient — Petronas Towers and several shopping malls are within a 15-minute relaxed walk with a stroller. The Wi-Fi was very fast and worked well throughout our stay. The swimming pool was quite cold, so we decided not to use it. There is a very good gym available. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for cooking.
