“I liked the people and the place but the cleanliness was very poor”
The staff were extremely nice and freindly and helpful and I could not praise the door staff enough. They went out of their way to ensure that guests including myself had all the information we needed, helped getting grabs and ubers and even helped me with my phone. 10/10 for excellent service

Everything about Santa Grand Signature Hotel is excellent. The breakfast was delicious with varieties to choose from. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My room was cleaned by Juwel and he constantly provided me with tea, sugar coffee and bottled water. A good personality and always smile

“It was a wonderful place to stay and helped us enjoy our stay in Kuala Lumpar!”
The room was brilliant, had everything we wanted and was a good size. The breakfast was included and it was amazing, a great range of food choices and delicious! Staff were so friendly and accomodating and even made us tea that wasn't on the menu when asked. Anything we wanted or needed we could contact them and they would reply promptly. Location was good and there was a small onsite shop which was very useful.
