Shoutout to the staff at Royce KLCC — they went above and beyond to make our anniversary trip special. There was a small issue with the air-con and within 20 minutes someone was there to fix it. That kind of responsiveness is rare. Absolutely will return.

I've stayed at many serviced apartments in KL but the team here stood out. They responded to every message almost instantly and made sure the unit was exactly as we needed before arrival. The location near KLCC is a bonus, but the people here are the real highlight.

The staff (Hassan) was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the whole experience feel very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of many hotspots and popular tourist destinations, so getting around was really convenient. The room I stayed in was very nice, spacious.
