“Highly recommend in every possible way”
Attention to detail: Oh my, every small little thing was attended to and the property was obviously extremely professionally run. I am genuinely super impressed at how I needed absolutely nothing over the period of almost a week. Every single thing you could possible require was provided. Cooking facilities were amazing, washing powder was provided for clothes, toiletries were available, and even an iron was provided. It was really a very comfortable stay. Room & View: I loved the view from the North Suites, so try to get one on this side. Also would counsel against paying extra for a balcony as that was completely pointless in Malaysian weather. I could see Petronas Towers and the KL Tower from my room, as well as Merdeka 118, and I simply just fell in love with KL from my room. South Suites, by comparison, was not that great. Room was very clean both times and the kitchen was very clean and usable. Location: The property is located near a metro station but during peak hours, it is pretty much impossible to walk to the metro, so I ended up taking cabs most of the time. It's not the property's fault, though. I found that KL is often just unwalkable. Staff: My contact was always available and patiently answered every query. I would give him / her every commendation and I am really glad since I was concerned about there being no reception at the service apartments. But it is not required and the property manager is extremely efficient and proactive in answering questions and getting issues resolved.

“A home away from home”
Look no further, we stayed twice during our trip at this place, when we first landed and when we left…it is amazing, anything you can wish for to have a great and pleasant stay. Great communication, very accommodating to our needs and the pool is probably the best one we had in all the places we stay. Excellent location to explore KL, walkable distance to Chinatown and also to the towers. All in all was the perfect stay! Thank you very much!

Great location, close to Food Market, Central Market and Chinatown. Large swimming pool at L6 plus the smaller one atop North Tower offered amazing views across KL. Excellent value for money.

“Perfect Place to stay!”
Clean HomeStay. Enjoyed staying at the place. Clean Room with small kitchen. Have Induction Cooker, Fridge & Microwave. And the surroundings in the heart of Bukit Bintang KLCC. Shops and Restaurants can excess easily. The Host was very good. Overall good stay. Will come again next time.

“Very Good Place to Stay!!”
EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. No complaints! Check-In & Check-Out straight forward, no hassle! Very good location with shops and alot of food Restaurants nearby. The view was excellent The Host was too nice. Have enjoyed staying there, very clean place. We'll book again next time if rooms available.

The check in system is really smooth and fast! The staff were really responsive and answered all our queries. Location is great! The pools are nice too. Amazing city views from the apartments.
