“Perfect for a few nights in KL”
The host was really helpful meeting us early so we could drop our bags off before check in. The apartment is huge and has brilliant views, and the pool on the roof is incredible. Close to the Petronas Towers by foot, and good transport links around the city. Great for a couple of nights in KL!

The host was very accommodating and even assisted with collecting a parcel we had ordered when we weren’t available to receive it. The location was outstanding, offering a stunning view of the Twin Towers from the main bar and a clear view of the KL Tower from the roof top. The pool and gym facilities were conveniently open until 10 PM, adding to the overall experience.

The Apartment Hotel was very convenient for our party of 3 adults. The swimming pool at roof top was breathtaking in location and scenic views and properly maintained and managed. The size of bedrooms and lounge were decent and comfortable. The staff at the Blue Bar were amazingly courteous and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The host was punctual and easy to communicate with and our requests for fresh towels and body lotion gel were swiftly dealt with. Checking in and out went very smoothly too. So thank you to all the staff we dealt with. We wish we had more time to spend at this lovely place.

Do NOT book with this, this host is a SCAM!! They hacked my account and rated themselves 10/10 after we have checked out. Thankfully I didn't have any card linked to my account. They also modified our booking after we checked out to reflect a shorter stay and cheaper rates despite us paying the full original price on card at the time of check in. This is obviously fraud so they don't pay as much host fees to the booking.com site. The room itself is big however a bathroom door would not close and a sink was blocked and never fixed despite us reminding them every day of the 3 days we stayed there. There were also only amenities (towels, toiletries) available for 4 people despite us having booking for 7 people. The combined washing machine/dryer does NOT dry at all, the clothes are still wet after 2 hours with the drying function. The drying function was also incredibly loud. We also received a letter in Malay threatening to cut off electricity to this apartment if the fees weren't paid. The only redeeming quality of this apartment was the infinity pool.
