Excellent cental location, we could see the pertronis tower from our window, short walk to the night market. A upscale mall with food market attached to the hotel. Excellent shower. The pool was nice, however, towels were not provided to peak suite guests.

the room is clean. the facilities (gym and swimming pool) are great. the hosts are super helpful and easy to reach. please give them a call and boom 5min later there he is. It's really easy to deal with no need ic or whatsoever. oh, and you have to pay directly to the host and they only need your card info for booking. overall smooth check-in/check-out, great location, massive and clean room, great bed shower toilet got 2 room cards too! this is by far the best host! yall better book from this host 👍

“Nice view”
We are a premier guest at Berjaya Hotel since last 25 years.On this particular dates 8/9 september 2024 we also checked in at Berjaya Times Square Hotel.Since our last minute request for additional room at BTS Hotel not available, we have decided to book a unit at BTS Resident. The room was very clean &hygenic with all facilities were in order.The Host Mr Rakib was very responsive & responsible person in attended to our request.Mr Rakib assistance " Mr mizan" was also a kind & helpful person...always smile.. The 2 Bangladeshi housekeeping crews have perform good job during our stay. Sure we will come again in future & will recommend to our staff,family & friend. Thank you very much.

“Will come again to stay here”
I like because all what I need is there shopping mall just down the hotel and apartment. It’s easy to find bistro and restaurant. Near the other shopping mall like Sungai Wang, Lot 10, Lalapot and Pavilion. Kind and nice staf. He responed very fast when I need help. Reasonable price and value for money.

Everything. As told by other reviewers, this apartment has fulfilled all the criteria needed to be the best homestay. From the helpful assistant (Ahmed) to the facilities in the apartment itself. Even though the sofa looks a little bit old and the TV cabinet side door is ready to drop at any time, who cares when the pillow and the bed are super comfortable and clean. I love this place very much. Thank you. Nothing.

Location is good, with shops and food court within same building for convenience, yet with two other plazas malls across the road and Lot 10 is within walking distance. Good security at entrance foyer.
