“Good place but hygiene definitely needs to be improved. No one likes sleep on yellowish bedsheet”
The bedsheet and pillow case is yellowish. It has stain everywhere on the bed including strands of hair. Texted the host but no reply. Just bear with it and sleep through the night

The check in process is easy. And the owner provided clear information. A lot of facilities is available in that Tower (Mart etc.) and parking rate is quite reasonable

The house provided is clean and comfy. Very neat, like being at home. The unit equipped with smart TV and comes with Netflix. The place is quiet and comfort to rest. Check-in and check-out is easy, clear instructions, and quick responses from host. Convenient, there are some restaurants downstairs. Furthermore, this place is near to Midvalley city and The Gardens Mall. Overall great experience!

Very clean & well organized. Loved that it has everything we needed (well equiped/ also provides wifi & netflix!!) Place has great view and the facilities are so nice, internet high speed & the place has a convinient store and shops(restaurants/HWC coffee etc..) AND FREE SHUTTLE TO MIDVALLEY / KL SENTRAL. Check in/out was easy. Host responds fast and very helpfull too. Will definately come back.

“Fantastic Stay in the Heart of the City”
Pros: 1) The location of this place is unbeatable! It's right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the attractions, restaurants, and shops. 2) The staff at the hotel are warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay special and provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. 3) Our room was spotless and well-maintained. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. 4) There are convenient shops at LV 8, and there are lots of restaurants in the building. 5) Free high-speed Wi-Fi was a great convenience, especially for those who needed to work while traveling. 6) Big TV with Netflix.
