“Can I get a refund?”
I was not able to stay at the room. I made the booking and arrived in the evening. There was no reception on site. The owner place a note at the glass asking the guest to WhatsApp to a number. I had no Internet so I made a call, number was not in service. I was later able to find Internet after checking into another hotel. I request for cancellation and refund but hotel owner said no refund and charged about $71SGD. So I paid $71SGD for a room I did not stay in.

It's close to a metro line. The room and shower are quite spacious. The lobby has a vibe. And it's dirt cheap (should've hinted me to look for something else, but well it's Asia).

“Cheap basic room 6 min walk from the train”
Good beds Close to metro stop with 4 different lines Close to convenient store KK which is open 24h Close to some local restaurants! Easy online check-in Airco is nice Shampoo and body wash included Its close to different motor bike repair shops and a busy street, however we did not experience any issues during the night from the noice

Masroom manager Jason accommodated my request to check-in earlier. The hotel is self check-in and all relevant information was posted to me via WhatsApp. Everything worked as it should and check-in was a breeze. The room itself was spacious and cleanliness at the highest level. Outside in the opposite side of the road there is a wonderful Indian restaurant serving delicious and highly affordable food.
