“Totally rundown after traveling 17 hours I just wanted to have a place to sleep but disappointing. I wasn’t able to char”
The place first not as they portrayed to be. It’s very tiny the curtains broken, and torn and very thingcheap no soap. The plugs doesn’t work in the doors with the keys was hard to open.

Arguably the Best location in KL city, quieter area than Bukit Bintang while still perfect position to see all the attractions and direct access to all public transport right on site. Will definitely stay here again best location

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Amazing view of Twin Towers. The location was great,just next to the Lala port mall and walking distance to Time Square mall. The staff was very helpful. We asked to keep our luggage for a week while we were in Lankawi. The response was quick, and they kept it safely. The hairdryer was missing, and they got a new one the next morning. Big thank you to the boys. Very friendly.

“Decent unit for a short stay and an infinity pool”
We were upgraded from a studio to a 2 bedroom, which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was really comfortable. The sofa and dining table + benches too. The unit was well equipped with appliances and minimal kitchenware for a comfy stay. The facilities at Lucentia are excellent, of course.

Very nice place to stay and have a good facilities. Also easy to go to Lalaport shopping mall via connecting walkway. My family enjoying with swimming pool and other facilities. Keep up a good service
