Good location and access to the pool/facilities were good. Building gets busy and you often have to wait a while for an elevator. Upon arrival we were given a room which was nice but it got quite noisy above us with what sounds like someone dragging furniture. Then moved to another room which smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, told staff and they provided a bottle of air freshener…. Good value for money overall due to location and facilities but room itself could be better

“Poor communication find better suites elsewhere”
Nice view of the city but I didn't get a view of the kl tower it was the other side with the trx tower so if you want to see kl tower/Petronas twin towers ask to check what view your room will have

“If you’re lucky and get a room in the upper floors you have a great view above the city”
We had a room in the 41st floor which offered a great view over the city. There was a gym (quite full in the morning) and a pool. The room was quite small but fine. The staff always made sure you had everything you needed (contact via WhatsApp). We were able to extend our stay several times without complications.

“Clean and nice view”
The host Mr Nazim really friendly and a nice person. Even though we arrived at midnight, he still welcoming us and waiting period for check in is less than 10mins! Room is very comfortable and clean. No dust at all. Also the view from room is superb!

Great location in walking distance to Pavilion mall, lots of local restaurants and close to good transport links. Property was of a very high quality with great amenities and views. Check in/check out procedure was quick and staff were very helpful.
