“OK hotel”
Nothing special. It's a big hotel. I had no interaction with staff other than checking in. The location is less than a 10 minute walk to the Petronas Towers and Suria KLCC.

“Wasn’t happy to be in the hotel. Hope improvement is implemented”
Very noisy with other occupants. Could not sleep. The front reception staff could be more pleasant. A welcome smile is appreciated. I understand the frustration they go through when it’s crowded but pleasant gestures is free to give. Shower is broken.
