I would particularly like to thank and appreciate the care and prompt support provided by the hotel’s night duty officer, Tanya and duty/security officers Paan and Puteri for helping a family member to the nearest medical facility for an unforeseen medical issue within a very short time. “Great location, lovely for families.”
The location is great, just a short walk from Pavilion Bukit Jalil, although it would be better if there are dedicated guards to help with crossing esp w children due to the roundabout. But otherwise, a lovely pleasant stay!

The male staff who checked me in was very rude. I told him I had already paid, but he didn’t verify it and charged me again. This was very frustrating.

I didn't like the fact that they request for security fee and don't refund it at check out. They told me an international transfer should take two weeks but its now almost 3 weeks and i haven't received my money.

It is in proximity of many eateries and shopping areas. Convenient for my current trip. Especially convenient for those who are driving as the exit and entrance are quite near the highway. The staffs were friendly. Room was clean. Showers are ok.
