“Enjoyable and lovely experience.”
The room did not come with breakfast, which is unfortunate given the price we paid. But the hotel/staff was very accommodating when we requested for an early check-in and also for a late check-out. The location is the best, the hotel is a short walking distance to Petronas Twin Towers and the mall Suria KLCC. Excellent service by the staff at every level, at the front desk, at the pool, at the gym etc.

“The four seasons is the ultimate in luxury and I cannot fault my stay there.”
The service is impeccable. So much attention to detail by guest services, they take note of what you like and need and make sure you’re taken care of. I travelled with a 16 month old which can be hard but they made her feel really special and made sure I had what I needed. The staff were so kind and generous, really made our Christmas very magical. The location is also very central and Suria KLCC is just a step away - convenient. The facilities are fantastic. The pool area is beautiful and the spa was enormous. Could easily book in for a massage at short notice. The rooms are spacious and are stocked with everything you need or have asked for. Breakfast was so delicious. A huge offering of any type of food you want and all cooked to perfection. Overall the four seasons continues to be one of the best hotels to stay at. Everything is so personalized to the experience you want and we can’t wait to come back.
