TLDR: DO NOT MAKE A BOOKING HERE!! It was impossible to get in touch with the host. He wanted us to cancel the booking 2 days before arrival, with no explanation of course. I did not do it obviously, if he cannot provide an apartment for us, then he should cancel it, not me and it was already confirmed for 1 month at least, so... we were sure that he just doesn't want to pay the cancellation fee to booking.com, that's why he wanted US to cancel it. So I reached out to him 1 day before arriving to ask about the check-in info. He said, no rooms available, sorry, please cancel. I told him that I won't, it's not my fault that he doesn't have a place for us, which he promised already 1 month before. He ignored all of my messages starting from here, I guess hoping that we won't show up the property, little did he know.. :) I started chatting with Booking.com, they were super helpful and the host was responding to them, but not to me (interesting..), and he told to Booking that there is an apartment, we can just go, no worries. So I asked for the check-in info again, no replies again, I contacted Booking again, so on.. so on.. So eventually we got there and meeting the host face to face was a disaster. I shared the key handover process in the other text field, but oh god.. please DO NOT BOOK AN APARTMENT here!! We only got the room, because I stood up for myself, I knew my rights and we had nothing to risk, but not everyone can do that without making sure they have a place to sleep, e.g. families with small children. Also read the reviews in google, the people who got scammed write their reviews there, not possible to do it here on Booking.com, because they did not even get to the accommodation eventually.

Perfecty location, main attractions are rather close. Metro station in a few mins walking distance. Roof top infinity pool was stunning with a wonderfur view of Petrona Towers.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Bed was large and comfortable memory foam. Fabulous view of Petronas towers from the room and even better from the rooftop pool

About positives. Well, the location and the view from the rooftop pool. And.... perhaps that's all. A few days earlier, we rented a one-bedroom apartment (56m²) from another owner in the same residence. There were many positive emotions in all aspects of our stay. With this owner it's exactly the opposite.
