“Convenient Location, Let Down by the Apartment”

The location is excellent and very close to KLCC. The view of the Petronas Twin Towers was amazing. The apartment was spacious and offered good value for money. It was well-equipped with useful facilities, including a washing machine and other essential appliances. The Wi-Fi connection was also reliable throughout our stay

“Great location. However read the fine print!”
Location was great!. However the reception area was very busy. Multiple hotels using this apartment building and had to figure which person had our key. Wasnt very clear on room or floor. He quickly told us before moving onto the next guest. Did not tell us about the amenities. We could use the other hotels pool however you do need to book in advance. Would have appreicated the heads up.

Great location in the heart of KL with stunning views of the Petronas Towers. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop pool was a real highlight.

“Tropicana presidential suite”
The location is very good, practically next to Petronas KLCC but we were disappointed that we did not have a view of the twin towers as stated in the booking.com app.

The location is excellent! However, the accommodation is not professionally managed. The room is very spacious, the TV is great, and it even has Netflix. There are also kitchen facilities available. However, the bed sheets, quilt, and even the towels were not clean. I even suspected that they had not been properly washed. There were also no staff available for a proper check-in or check-out process.

The staff especially security was disgraceful I had something stolen and told them I just saw someone take my stuff the head of security laughed at me and said come back next day they will check cctv and ignore e after that

Location was really good. View was nice. Security was good. The staff was really responsive to queries. Communication was easily done through WhatsApp with fast response.
