The bed was so big, it could fit 3 people. I was so satisfied with the city view from my room, the big window beside the bed was so esthetic. The hotel is walking distance to the famous Alor Street. The receptionists and the management team were so professional and helpful

“Excellent location”
Location was excellent as it is right at city centre and near to all transport interchanges. Love the chill vibes in the hotel! Hotel room was also just nice!

TV didn't work. Tablet room controls are slow, with too long loading for every usage. Bathroom, especially the shower gel bottles, could be cleaner. This was my third stay over 2-years here, it will also have been my last.

Staff was amazing. The room was super comfortable and fun ! And the hotel in itself has a great vibe. Breakfast was great, very tasty buffet with a lot of options. The location was nice : close to malls, restaurants and public transportation.

“Definitely recommend it”
This was the most beautiful and best hotel we stayed in during our entire trip. Everything was amazing — the staff was kind, the room was nice and practical, the breakfast was delicious, and they even allowed us an early check-in. I definitely recommend it!
