I stay on 31th Dec 2024,my room no tv,towel have big torn,I found recycle bottle under closet,washing machine was leaking the staff not helpful,I do reported about my room problem but they inform me do reported to booking .com.very dissapointed

“was a uncomfortable stay.”
The person who handed over the key appeared unkempt and had an unpleasant smell, which was uncomfortable. The homestay floor was sticky and slippery. When I requested it to be cleaned, the staff member used an extra key to open the door without waiting for me to do so, which felt intrusive. Additionally, his tone during the interaction was argumentative when I requested normal water to mop the floor to address the stickiness and slipperiness. This task was also handled by two individuals who were unkempt and had an unpleasant smell. Both the homestay and its washroom had an unpleasant odor, which made the stay uncomfortable.
