“Amazing - The Banyan Tree will live up to your expectations.”

The Banyan Tree lived up to my expectation of luxury. Its the detail to attention of all the staff and every detail being exceeded. This shows that staff are carefully chosen and held to a high standard but moreover they are hand picked because of innate qualities in the personalities of everyone chosen to work in The Banyan Tree. I want thank personally Jay John Jayathalagah AD F&B and Ms Maideen for their kindness and professionalism whilst we enjoyed the rooftop bar. I would like the GM or CEO to know these staff are a true credit to themselves as people and to the brand. For Me its the beds that matter and the beds and mattress and linens were perfect. The room had everything you could expect and more. Even an incense and an oil diffusers. The tub with a full window view. The multifunctional shower. I love the Japanese toilets - its on the list to get one finally in our homes. The Peruvian Japanese Fusion South American restaurant Torito was remarkable. Again the staff you hand picked from Mexico his care an attention was exceptional as was the food. The decor was stunning and we were able to sit in the sofa part of the restaurant away from crowds.

Amazing hotel experience. Wonderful and helpfull staff. The views from the room alone were worth it. Perfectly located in the heart of KL, everything you could ask for within walking distance.

The smell of the essential oils and that we get to pick the essential oils we like during turning down service. I loved the breakfast venue. The scenic view of the twin towers and the food selection. I also like how convenient it is to access Pavilion.

The amenities of the hotel was top notch, and they thought of everything to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was divine, especially the curry mee and the accompanying sambal!. Kudos to the chef!

The rooms were large, comfortable, and well designed. Customer service was great and the staff resolved our issue quickly and professionally. The overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and luxurious.

“One of the best hotels to celebrate anniversaries with loved ones!”

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in so far. We celebrated our 2nd year wedding anniversary and the hotel does provide decoration packages to make the room more lovely with petal roses and balloons. And they gave us a slice of cake as complimentary. The room is big enough and the bathroom is awesome! And the room smells good too because they provided the essential oils of your choosing. The check-in process was good, the amenities were great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a bridge that connects to the Pavilion KL mall. Quite convenient. The breakfast selection was pretty awesome too. Maybe not all are as tasty but most of them are delicious enough for us. It was very fulfilling.
