Best hotel in Bukit Bintang but only the renovated floors. We stayed twice in this hotel, second time we were given a room from the non renovated floor and this was not great. The staff was kind enough to provide us with another room from renovated floor (higher floor). Location is amazing though. Best value for money in the area.

“Enjoyed our stay here”
We booked a Twin room 23m2 and upon check in, we were pleasantly surprised we got a free upgrade to a much bigger room. Imagine there’s a L-shape walkway from the main door to the room. For Japan hotel standard this is consider a very spacious. Thank you Sotetsu for this thoughtful gesture. Reception staff is very helpful and courteous. Location of the hotel is great. We truly enjoy our stay here
