The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment we checked in. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the city view was splendid. I will certainly return during my next visit!

Room shown on apps with window while placing confirmation but once reach room given without window n itry warm n tooks about 15mint to get chill n best part room located on another building about 4 doors from the reception desk...no lift service n need to climb steep stairs.....overall not too good place to stay

I check ked in at 12pm with extra charge of rm 30.00 N I checkout at 5pm coz the room ventilation. 5 hrs air-conditioning no cooling n almost im sweating. After no choice I checkout n book room in another hotel It's good if booking.com refund the money

Cannot expect to high.Adhock booking to stay at kuala kangsar. As a budget hotel , its just enough to stay for 1 night. Stay with family a bit compact inside a small room.All the amenities was provided.
