The highlights of this property is its fantastic location—it’s situated right in town, making it incredibly convenient with easy access to Kuala Kangsar town. The spaciousness of the area is another major plus. The laman (yard) is impressively large, offering enough space to park up to five cars comfortably.

Easy to locate. Ample space for family outing. Good ambience. Kitchen facilities are sufficient. Preferably if the last 2 rooms are installed with air-cond and better mattress being provided.

“Good value”
Location is good. It is a short walk from the train station. Literally just cross the traffic junction after exiting the railway station. We also walked to Starbucks, McDonalds and the stretch of food shops along Jalan Taiping. Rooms are big. Lots of space to open luggage for packing. Two bathrooms greatly appreciated but one of the bathrooms does not have water heater. But Kuala Kangsar is very hot and sunny so the water is hot when you shower during daytime. Pretty good sunset views at the McDonalds junction.
