Clean and simple set up. Easy check in. Basic hot water provided. Next to it has a food stall for convinience. Check out was also simple key drop off. Very convinient to Perhentian jetty and Kuala Besut bus station is right next to it

“Absolutely terrible”
This is literally the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. There was cockroaches running around INSIDE the room, they had emptied an ash tray into the bin in the room so the whole place - including bed sheets - stunk of stale smoke, the place was literally filthy, the bed sheets were dirty, holes in the head board, holes in the ceiling, it was absolutely brutal. Ironic that they request you take your shoes off entering the property when it’s disgustingly dirty everywhere? I contacted the owner to try and address the issue, and resolve that we should never have had to stay here, not to mind PAY to stay there, but he ignored every single message I sent him. Terrible property, with an even worse owner .

“Transit for a night is good enough. Clean comfy bed & air con! Friendly makcik”
The bed is very comfortable. I like the fact that before you going upstairs, you need to take off the shoes. That makes the place clean to walk on. The floor in room is clean. Bare foot walking on it is not a problem! Didn't feel dusty nor sticky. Keep up the cleanliness in the room!

The check-in was super quick and the staff was nice and helpful. The location is pretty convenient and close to the jetty.

“Perfect transit house in Kuala Besut”
Supernice staff. The lady that welcomed us was very friendly! Clean room, good AC. If you have a transit to from jetty or terminal this is the place to stay. Just next to the terminal and cheap restaurants. Very comfy beds.

Staff was very friendly. It was near a bus station. Super near to kuala besut jetty to head to Perhentian island. Good for a quick night stop. Just dont be fussy about it.

it’s clean, comfortable and good value for money. It’s 10 mins walk to the jetty. staff are very helpful and friendly. recommend to purchase mini bus transfer at RM25 per person and standard price for the boat to the islands.
