Good facility, good stay in here. Need renovation to attract tourist in future. Over all Happy me for value of money....

Their staff are friendly, well mannered! Specially i want to mention one person- Mr. Foysal, maneger of the hotel. Also Mr. Al Amin & Mr Billal were cooperative. Room was well decorated & clean. Breakfast was ok.

The rooms were spacious. The hotel was very clean to traditional standard. The restaurant was very good. The breakfast and evening tea were excellent. Nice touches like the local Fish BBQ and the Juice bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The small gym on a great view overlooking the garden area.

“One of our best stays in Bangladesh!”

We will give it a 10 because it really exceeded our expectations!! We did not know what to except about this accommodation in Kuakata but it was beyond amazing ! First the place itself is very pleasant! Very nice environment with a garden, nice garden furniture, a pool and a very relaxed dinning area! Second the staff is just incredible! They are very nice & kind and they make everything so you can enjoy your stay as much as possible. They offered us a better room which was super clean, super comfortable bed, sheets and towels super fresh and clean, spacious, cozy with all the amenities (fridge, bottle of water etc etc). Very very nice room ! They offer service dinner which they personalize at your taste! This was an amazing surprise that we would stay here again. Just wanted to share a situation that happened that can prove this place has the best staff ever : - I left my passport in the hotel and left to Dhaka. The staff noticed that and immediately called to try to solve the situation. The staff was so kind that sent someone from Kuakata to Dhaka on exact next day to delivery my passport directly to my hotel in Dhaka. They were always in touch with me to give me updates of the delivery of the passport. What kind of people would do that ? Just these amazing Bangladeshi people ! We wish we could stay here again !

I loved the caring and friendly nature of the staff. The check in staff member Pritha was super nice and provided complimentary beverages and cookies to us for having difficulty checking us in due to the others guest check out time being down. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable . I also loved the happy hours at the poolside Restaurant which had wonderful cocktails and snacks! The pool was also very beautiful and i visited it every single day and absolutely loved it! The staff at the housekeeping was very polite as well. The décor ,the interiors ,so amazing ,the breakfast spread is crazy, you can just be going around for 2 hours and not be able to see all the goods . We would like to recommend to all of my friend to visit that hotel when you visit Kuakata.

Great Place to Kuakata stay, very attentive staff, great customer service, front desk superb, greet you by name and try to make things working out. Rooms are heritage and at some point a bit dated facility wise, but got its character. Good staff This hotel is the eco friendly!! Beautiful decor. Comfortable rooms. Soft beds. Pillow concierge. Delicious breakfast. Every attention to detail is closely paid.Pool in courtyard are nice, in general the courtyard is a peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle which this hotel is surrounded by. Would definitely stay here again, it’s the colonial character which appeals and is well preserved.

The best memories of my tour around Bangladesh stay, had feeling of my second home. Combo package of Great hospitality, Natural beauty of surrounding with pool and kid play ground facility. Had delicious food by Chef Shakil, Loyal Staff Alamin & Bilal Vai and Lastly Cooperative and friendly Manager Imran . I will always miss my trip of Kuakata. I was stayed in Banorupa Hotel Kuakata. It was really good in all espects.The accomodation, outside view,swimming pool,restaurant food all are good and recommended to all to visit at least once to feel it.

As many reviews suggests its an in the little distance of the kuakata Beach. Well maintained and with loads of character, with a décor taking us back in the time of opulence, Maharajas. The room that I got was well furnished beyond what I expected. Liked · Spacious, classic decor, clean and well maintained. The wooden artefacts and paintings in this room and balcony was amazing as were the paintings and photographs of old displayed in the restaurant. The swmming pool was under maintenance at the time of our stay, so I cannot comment upon it much but the garden around the pool was beautiful and there was access for having a quiet coffee under the sun here. which makes the property very peaceful. Great service by the staff including those at the restaurants, check in, in room dining and small gym, mini labairy facilities. l.Thank you all for making our stay truly magica. I loved being in this hotel. It felt like a second home.

The breakfast is very good. Also, the rooms are comfortable and quite spacious. The staff is warm and friendly. Also, there were some house keeping staff in particular- who were very considerate and cleaned our rooms exceptionally. Would love to come back here...
