“Aircon very warm, no cool air”
Lobby Aircon cooler than room. The lobby looks nice, however the room looks very old. The room aircon was very warm then requested to change rooms. After I changed the room the aircon was still very warm and I slept until I sweated.

Comfortable, spacious, clean room. Staff r super nice, esp, the Malaysia lady at the Emerald Restaurant where we had our breakfast. The kind receptionist allowed us late check out, so thankful.

“The location and integration of mall is what I really liked.”
Overall the hotel is fine with good ceiling height with spacious room. There is a eleven 7 supermarket which is integrated with the hotel which I found it to be very convenient. There is also a mall if you pass through eleven 7 which has other food option such as "Merry Brown". You also have the supermarket within the mall if you want to purchase your baby's diaper or any other stuff. So to summarize, the location and the integration of eleven7, mall and supermarket is what makes this hotel unique.

“Affordable pleasant stay.”
Room was clean upon arrival and very spacious. Has a good gym and a 7 Eleven next door. Room was cleaned everyday which was nice.
