The cleanliness was extremely disappointing. The toilet was dirty and clearly not properly maintained. The carpet felt unhygienic and seemed full of dust mites. The towels were very thin and of poor quality, and the pillows appeared stained and uncomfortable. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards.
