“Secluded palace inside an oasis”
The accommodation is surrounded by a beautiful oasis and the sounds of birds and animals is super nice. The room we booked was lovely, beautiful touch and so many nice details! The staff was super attentive and kind too!

Unfortunately, we cannot leave a positive review about our stay. There was no running water in the bathroom of our room, which meant we were unable to shower or wash ourselves. This issue was not communicated to us in advance, and it was presented by the host as a minor inconvenience. We had planned to stay for three nights but decided to leave after the first night. While we understand that this was a water problem affecting the entire village, it would have been important to be informed either before our arrival or at least upon check-in. When checking out, we asked for a reduction for the night. At the same time, we were surprised to see that a bottle of drinking water was charged separately on top of the dinner (which is not included in the price, unlike breakfast), especially since there was no drinking water provided in the room upon arrival. In the end we received a small reduction, but still paid €100 for the night! Overall, we did not feel truly heard, particularly when the host mentioned that this situation was not an issue for other guests.

Beautiful Berber style buildings in a lovely garden. Well decorated, clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent food, both breakfast and dinner. Mustapha was very attentive and took good care of us.

The hotel is amazing, interiors are a mix between Moroccan and French style, garden is very nice. A special thanks to Mustapha who is a wonderful person and was very nice and accommodating with us. This place is like an oasis from movies:)

I had a wonderful stay at Ksar Jallal. The location is perfect if you’re looking for peace and quiet in the heart of nature. It’s the ideal place to relax and disconnect from the noise of everyday life. The surrounding landscape is beautiful and serene. Mustapha, our host, was incredibly welcoming and kind. He made sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality truly made the stay special. If you’re looking for a calm and authentic experience, I highly recommend Ksar Jallal!

The Auberge Ksar Jallal is the place to stay if you are looking for a place. It is nestled in a beautiful oasis. We stayed to visit the nearby land-art works of the artist Hansjörg Voth. Mustafa is a fantastic host. He took care of everything. Highly recommended!
