The area was quiet and peaceful, making it a pleasant place to stay. The closest beach is just a 10–15 minute walk away (around 900 meters).

“Excellent stay in Ksamil”
Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Has a large balcony and small kitchen. Nice and helpful hosts. Located in a very peaceful area. 10-15 min walk to the closest beach and 10 min walk to the lake. Good value for money. Would book again with this host.

“Beautiful and clean accommodation, in a quiet area from the busy Ksamil”
The villa and the room are very clean, and well located, not too far from the beach but not too close also to avoid the noise. The terrace with a view on the sea is enjoyable. The host has been helpful during the whole stay!

“Clean and cozy room, perfect location!”
Super friendly host! Good location, close to everything but away from the hustle so it was nice and quiet 😊 Room was really nice and clean. Loved the balcony! Maybe a couple of hooks on the wall for bags etc and some more kitchen utensils like a sharp knife and a wine bottle opener would be nice. Otherwise didn’t miss anything! Easy to park your car right in front of the building.

The apartment is excellent and has everything you need. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach, but we actually liked that because the area is peaceful and quiet. The hosts are incredibly kind and always available if you need anything. It’s exceptionally clean — we stayed for 8 nights and the apartment was cleaned twice during our stay. We are beyond satisfied and highly recommend it!
