Host family went above and beyond. Friendly and kind and shared so much fruit with us right off the trees. Quiet location with lovely view on balcony where we also ate our plentiful breakfast. Close to Butrint road and 5 min walk to beaches.

The host was amazing. We arrived late and struggled with finding the right way with the car, and he helped us with that. Breakfast was homemade with local products, such as figs from the garden, wich we could eat on the balcony with sea view. Would highly recommend.

“Feeling like at home”
The staff is just amazing. A family is taking care of the business. They are just a great family, kind and respectful. They have their own garden and you can enjoy fruits from the garden for breakfast. They do the best to make you feel comfortable.

“A great place to rest.”
Everything is great. Everything is as described. Very nice apartment. Clean, neat, orderly. There is air conditioning, a mini stove with an oven. No need to bring sheets, pillows, kitchen utensils.Plenty of hot water for showering. It has a nice view of the sea. The hosts are wonderful, very kind. They will transport you with their vehicle to a beach or a market... and they will pick you up. If you need something, ask and they will provide you. The beaches are 400m-500m from the house, as well as markets and restaurants. A great place to rest. I genuinely Recommend.

We were delighted to spend our time at Villa Selmani and didn't want to leave🥲 Isa and the grannies made everything possible to make our time pleasant and memorable. Despite the language barrier, we were surrounded by a true hospitality and care. WE would like to thank you so much for your kindness and wish you all the best wholeheartedly! Btw, we didn't hear the roosters😅

“Best part of my travel trough Albania”
The hospitality of the owners! The are extremely kind and helpfull. Further more, the view was amazing and the room (and matrass!) so comfortable. It's quiet and in the border of Butrint's nature, but at the same time close to the beach and town. I wish I could stay here for ever.

The owners are extremely welcomed, kind and really correct. The rooms were very cosy and comfortable. It was a quite area, closed to the beaches, supermarkets, bars and there was also parking for the car. The price was reasonable. I recomanded this place to all who want to visit Ksamil.

Everything ⭐️ First, I want to comment on Isa’s (the owner) kindness and excellent customer service. He is a lovely man and made me feel at home instantly. He is always around if you need anything and will go out of his way to make you feel at home. He is a true gentleman and you couldn’t ask for more from a host. He does not speak English but that is not a problem. Drini, his son, is always available to message on Booking.com’s app, and is extremely helpful and kind too. Excellent communication and really top class customer service. The room was great, with an excellent balcony with views to beat anywhere in the world. Absolutely stunning views. The bed in the room is so comfy, probably the comfiest I’ve slept on. 🛌 The property is in a quiet location, with only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Thank you for a super stay 😁⭐️⭐️

“Choose this one! 😍”
The hosts are very lovely, kind and wonderful. 😍 They gave us drinkable water 💧so we didnt have to buy it. They were very nice and pleasant. The accommodation is excellent with a wonderful view and in a quiet area, not that far from the beach. 🌊

“Lovely friendly and cheap”
The couple who owned the stay were lovely and welcoming and their little white fluffy dog was endearing. I loved the homeliness of it with the baby chicks following their mum around in the yard and the goats down the hill. The view to the sea from my window was spectacular.

“Perfect Place!Feels like home, extremely recommended”
The host were amazing!!!! I almost wasn't able to stay there but I am soooo glad I made it. They are extremely sweet, I definitely felt like in my home. They were extremely caring. They take me to Butrint and also to the beach. I have no words to describe how kind they are. They location is really good, a few minutes walking to the main road. I will for sure book again here in my next visit ti Ksamil. Thank you for everything <3
