My stay at Villa Nicolaos in Ksamil was wonderful! The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the beautiful beaches and local attractions. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. Thank you Villa Nicolaos 😊. I want to be back again

It is very clean apartment 👌. The location is very good. The restaurant,supermarket, bakeries and all what you need are very near to the apartment. The beaches is just three minutes away. The host very nice people.

Anastasia was the perfect host - great communication- she met us at the bus stop - great location , the apartment was very central and exceptionally clean . A bakery literally across the road for those morning pastries- a great Traditional Albanian restaurant next door and a great selection of beaches only minutes away ! Perfect 😊!
