There was nothing not to like ! We have stayed in many places all over the world & this villa ticks all the boxes ! I even offered to buy the property from the lovely owner I loved it that much . Marsela the owner / Host is just such an amazing person , Had to grab a selfie before we left , certainly will return

Good location, near to the beaches, supermarket and restaurants. Great host. The house is well equiped.

Apart from the house being incredible, cozy and clean the landlord treated us way better than expected. She treated us with cake and she took into account all of our necessities and more. Great experience, would repeat a thousand times, recommend it fully you won’t regret it.

Marsela was an amazing host, so kind and was there when we needed her (which wasn't often as we had all we needed) The villa was very clean and comfortable. A fantastic location, quiet enough at night but a 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. She had provided maps to recommended places and cooked us an incredible meal of shell fish, mussels and fish one night which was so delicious.

Very nice, spacey, comfortable. We were 4 families with 4 kids, perfect for this.

A lovely and spacious house in a quiet location away from the main street but very close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Extremely clean inside. Lots of space for a family to spread out. You could easily get 2 families inside. The outside pergola area was great to hang out in for breakfast or evening meal. Luscious garden, lots of green and fruit trees (pomegranate, apple etc) and a barbeque area too. Host Marsela lives in basement and such a nice person. Great communication via WhatsApp and available as needed during the stay. She cooked freshly caught fish for us one evening which was delicious and a real bonus.

The facility is very well located, in a quiet area, not far from the beach. In proximity you can find very easy Supermarket, coffee shop and fish market. The host was very attentive with us, she treated/spoiled us with some local drink and fish plates.

Our stay at Vila Cako was exceptional! Our hosts were wonderful, the garden was beautiful, and the house has everything you could possibly need. A delicious homemade gift was waiting for us, and the dinner of fresh fish, mussels and homemade wine was the best thing we ate in Ksamil. Full recommendation! And extremy helpful contact with Hektor is something I have to mention :)
