“Everything was perfect”

This was one of the best and cleanest place I have ever stayed in. Everything was squeaky clean and spotless. The host was very welcoming and kind. The location is at a 5 minutes walk from the beaches like Poda Ksamil or Bora Bora beach and also from bus station. I recommend this location 100%.

So so clean. Staff attended to everything. Owner very hands on, helped us with everything we need. Room was super bright. Nice big balcony too!

The hosts were really nice couple. The location is close to beaches and cafes which is really great. The room is good. When we asked late check out they helped us.

The hosts have a small office outside the building of rooms and were super helpful and communicated well on WhatsApp. The room was clean and met our expectations.

“Best villa in Ksamil”

Amazing hosts, so friendly and understanding. We arrived without money and they let us pay whenever we felt ready during our stay. Super clean, nice views, new towels etc everyday. Short walk to beach, nice to be a short distance away from the noise. Both market and restaurant right next to the villa. AC works great. 10/10 no complaints!

“Clean, renovated and spacious studio”

It's super clean small apartment with a big balcony , evrything was clean and renovated and the host is a sweetheart. There are some coffeeshops and minimarkets couple of steps away.

Free parking, the view of the city and the sea from the balcony. The apartment is clean and no problem for the hot water. There is a quite area to relax after the long sunbath day 🙂👍

Very clean rooms, daily cleaned, friendly staff. It’s a new villa, well equipped. It’s a walk up as Ksamil is on hills.

The owner is a sweethear, the manager is super reactive. Appartement was clean, aircon working, everything was great. Would definitely recommend!

We have never been to a cleaner hotel/accomodation; the bathroom, balcony, sheets, and floor were spotless. The view from the balcony overlooks Ksamil and was excellent. The hosts are gentle and kind souls. All this made the experience of staying there more than a pleasure.
