“Totally recommend with no hesitation.”
It’s a very warm and comfortable place. The hosting family are very welcoming. There is parking available and a supermarket downstairs. Totally recommend it.

Nice safe area. The host was fantastic, a very nice family and the shop was close to buying water, beers and ice cream. All worked out Perfect.I personally love that it was near the center and I walk directly to the perfect beach close to Ksamil, which was not busy like in town and nice olive trees, no waves. At the same time nice cheap restaurant with seafood and wine closeby. Rooms were big and had everything I needed. Comfortable beds. I will be back.

I had a fantastic 5-night stay at Villa Festim and highly recommend it! The owners are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and hardworking, always making sure we had everything we needed. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a small kitchen which was super convenient. The location is great—just an easy 5 minute walk downhill to the beautiful Ksamil beaches, the bus stop, and local restaurants. Having a small convenience store/coffee right next to the property is also incredibly handy. Overall, it's a quiet, relaxing, and excellent value-for-money place to stay in Ksamil. I would definitely book here again!"

“Excellent base in Ksamil”
Excellent price and in a handy location. Close to all of Ksamil but not right in the centre so peaceful. The rooms are nicely set up with a balcony plus the WiFi was excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Festim! The owners are incredibly welcoming and made us feel like family. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a wonderful balcony to relax on. It's located in a quiet area but still just a short walk away from the bustling beaches and restaurants of Ksamil. Highly recommended for a perfect, relaxing, and good-value vacation in Albania!

Staying at Villa Festim in Ksamil was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hospitality was truly exceptional — the hosts go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything you need. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The location is also great, close to the beach and local spots, yet peaceful enough for a good night’s rest. One of the best conveniences is that there is also a market on-site, along with coffee and espresso available anytime, which makes your stay even more comfortable and hassle-free. Everything is thoughtfully arranged to ensure guests have a stress-free and enjoyable stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, great service, and a warm, welcoming vibe, Villa Festim is definitely the perfect choice. Highly recommended — I would gladly come back again!

“Comfortable and relaxing”
A great place to stay. Peaceful and relaxing and only a short walk to the beaches and shops. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We have loved the apartment as it is well equipped and we have been able to cook some meals. Very clean and comfortable.

Nice hosts. Very clean & tidy. Nice & quiet neighbourhood. Nice little walk downhill into town. Has covenience store attached to property, very handy. Easy travelling by bus to Saranda/Butrint (€1 to €1.50 dependent on journey), buses every hour. Hot water is solar!!!

Nice apartment. Very clean, lovely shower, and everything feels brand new. Warm welcome, too! There’s a little shop right outside your door, and if you walk down the street, you’ll be at the beach in no time. Highly recommended!
