The villa was perfect and in a very nice location. Although it is not very big, it is more than enough for 3–4 people and has everything you may need for a short or long stay. It’s a great location for those who want to escape the busy atmosphere of Ksamil while still staying close to it (there is a bus that goes to Ksamil, Sarandë, and Butrint). There are also beautiful beaches nearby (I’d say the most beautiful ones in that area). I hope to be back!

It's fine for the price. I wasn't expecting a five-star hotel. But remember, if you have high expectations, you should consider a more luxurious apartment.

Great friendly hosts. The house, although small, had everything you needed. The house is newly renovated and clean. An incredible view of the lake and mountains from the window. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the beaches (there are three incredible beaches nearby). But it is worth considering that all beaches are paid (10 euros for one sunbed for the whole day). The nearest supermarket in Ksamil is about 5 km from the hotel.

“Beautiful, quiet place on the Riviera”

The host of the property was extremely helpful and even assisted us when we had a puncture down the road! Very knowledgeable, welcoming, and willing to help. The property is clean, and has all of the appropriate necessities. Having a car is advised as it is dead centre in-between Ksamil and Sarande. A use of taxis could also work!

If you like a quiet place in Ksamil (like we did), you should go here. It is nothing fancy, but for the price you pay you cannot expect that. It was clean and the bed was good. There is a beach nearby and you can go for a walk after dinner (there is a nice restaurant nearby) and see a great sunset.

We really enjoyed meeting with the owner and spend a bit of time with him and his family!

Nice and quiet location with a stunning view. Owner Tony is polite and always willing to help. Property is in contact with nature, animals are nearby, which was great for the kids. The kids had a safe garden with a gate so they could play around with no problem. A beautiful beach is nearby (though I visited in April), Butrint and Sarande are beautiful and very close. Very good wi-fi and very clean apartment. I definitely enjoyed my stay, exceptional value for money.

The host was really proactive and available when needed.
