“Perfect Beach Gateway”

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. It had all listed facilities and amenities and everything was exactly like the photos. The attention to detail was outstanding. Everything was thoughtfully arranged — from fast WiFi and quality toiletries to little touches that made it feel extra welcoming. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook and dine in when we didn’t feel like going out. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about the guest experience. Location-wise, it was close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend or a longer getaway, this place is a total gem. Would absolutely stay again — and recommend it without hesitation!

The apartment is perfectly well located ,very close to everything you need in Ksamil.Still,you will find peace here as noisy places don’t bother you at all.The private parking is right at your door.The apart itself is freshly designed and neatly decorated.You have literally everything you need.Every detail is anticipated and provided .All things are new,stylish ,comfortable,the bed linen and towels are snow white.The kitchenette is equipped with all utilities you might want for cooking and the fridge is really functional .The owner himself is extremely polite and helpful ,always there to answer your questions or provide you with high level service .Thank you for warm welcome and sincere hospitality )))

Perfectly located, 5 minute walk from the beach. Lovely balconies, kitchens in every room, sparkling new bathrooms. Egli, the host, gave us awesome tips for beaches around town.

Egli was a great host. Very helpful and patient. The apartment was very modern and comfortable, with everything you might need in a short and a long trip. I strongly recommend the place and the host.

5-10 minute walk to Ksamil. Clean rooms. Lovely host, very very accommodating and able to do our washing. Nice balcony.

Egli is very kind and helpful host. We really enjoyed the interesting conversation with him. The bed is big and comfortable. Everything is new and you have all what you need.

From the moment we arrived at Villa Egli we were made to feel welcome and a consequence of this we relaxed almost instaneously. Egli was very attentive and gave many suggestions of where to visit and even provided me with a blanket halfway through our stay as the weather took a turn for the worse. There was very good a/c in the room which provided warmth too, but I preferred to use a blanket. Egli was always cheerful and more than accomodating to our needs and questions. We had many interesting conversations and laughs with Egli. He is very invested and interested in his guests and this is what makes staying with him so enjoyable. We were made to feel like extended family/ friends throughout our two weeks staying at Villa Egli, we loved the location being just a five minute walk from the all the bars and restaurants. There is a very convenient supermarket and coffee/ crepe place near to the apartment. This made grabbing morning coffee and groceries very accessible, when going on day trips and to the beach. If you want to hire any transport or go on day trips Egli can introduce you to his cousin Dennis. Both are great and offer competitive prices for boats, car and scooter hire. I would fully recommend hiring a car and visiting the Blue Eye and Girojaster. This makes for a really enjoyable trip. But leave early- we left at 7am to avoid the crowds and we were very smug to get there with only 5 people there! Even late morning is not advisable- the loud music at the cafe started pumping out music at 08:15! Anyway back to reviewing Villa Egli. Egli provided us with clean linen, twice weekly and the attention to detail was very good. He takes pride in maintaining the apartments and is very proud of his Albanian heritage- and so he should be! It was a pleasure meeting him, we wish him and the business all the very best in the future. There is an open invitation that is there should you ever wish to visit the Uk...... Brohoritje!!!!!

The host was amazing. Veru helpful and good friend that I was able to make. Amazing apartment everything was new and very clean.

“Exceptional”

Egli is extremely kind, helpful, honest and available. I have hardly seen a property so well kept, clean and equipped for this type of facilities. In 7 days of stay, we had our bedsheets and towels changed twice, which I had personally never seen before from other hosts. Overall one of the best stays I have booked through Booking so far, 100% recommend.

Clean and modern apartment, had everything we needed. The host is very friendly and was quick to respond. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants which is perfect if you want to avoid loud music.

Nice room and host. Airco was working good. It was at a nice spot. We took the car to see the beaches (because it was very hot) but it was possible to go by walking. Had a little accident with a nosebleed and the owner said it was oke because he could wash it off. Very nice!
