“Welcoming, warm and Amazing host.”
The Hosts (Both husband and wife) are the highlight of the Vila. They are so Welcoming, Warm and Helpful. They are two in one host and guide both. If you need any information or help they are there to provide. there is also a little star on site to keep you entertained. love the whole experience. The location of the villa is perfect. The breakfast is prepared by the host themselves and is lovely. Its an all round home experience

“Extremely Happy Stay”
The host was extremely nice. The location is the best, it is.a 5 minute walk to poda beach. The host offered fresh and self made breakfast everyday.

“Perfect hosts and good stay for holidays”

“Feels Like Home with Wonderful Staff”
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, the staff and owners are wonderful, and the lady who cleaned the rooms and helped with breakfast was very kind and always happy to assist. We felt completely at home here.

“Super friendly place and an amazing time!”
Amazing experience! This is a great place for families, and the best part is the owners — they are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and constantly checking if we need anything. My family loved staying here, and we would definitely come back without hesitation. The location is very convenient: close to the beaches (about a 10-minute walk to the public beach), as well as restaurants, markets, and a pharmacy (just 5 minutes away). We absolutely loved the atmosphere in Ksamil!

The couple who run the hotel are a lovely young pair with an adorable 1-year-old child. I would like to sincerely thank them for their outstanding hospitality — from the very first minute, we felt completely at home. They gave us countless tips about the area, restaurants, beaches, schedules, etc. (always at our request, of course). The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious. In fact, since our little one is quite picky and rarely likes anything, they kindly prepared for him again the dish he had enjoyed on a previous day — such a thoughtful gesture! Without a doubt, this is a 10/10 stay — and only because we can’t give it more stars. Unfortunately, the issue with cash payments in Albania meant the accommodation ended up costing us more. Both the views and the photos of the hotel are an exact reflection of what they advertise and offer — no tricks, no gimmicks.

The owners are really nice and accomodating. A great plus is the private parking which is rare in the area. The rooms are spacious and clean, feature a kitchen, and the breakfast is lovely. If visiting Ksamil, it is a nice place to choose for a couple day stay.

The apartment is in a perfect location with supermarket, breakfast / bakery and restaurants just around the corner. The beach was only a few minutes walk. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything you need. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

The personnel was very kind and willing to help. Very spacious and comfortable apartment. A lot of light! Nice breakfast too. The location is very convenient because it is in the center near beaches and restaurants. There is parking in the property.

“Fabulous”
We had a great stay, family of 7. The place was very clean and comfortable. The owner was brilliant—always smiling and super friendly. They even made breakfast, which was a lovely touch. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
