Radi, Suzanna and family as hosts were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way very day to check all was OK and that we had what we needed. Amazing home cooked breakfasts with locally sourced products. Beautiful clean pool and the whole villa estate is kept so clean. We liked also the location of the villa in the centre of Ksamil and not far from beaches, supermarket opposite, shops, ATM. restaurants etc.

Family run villa in a very central location but set back off the main road. It felt safe and quiet. The family were always on hand to speak with and helped with anything we asked. So friendly and cooked a fresh beautiful breakfast each morning. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Such a wonderful villa. Great choice! Thank you for making our holiday.

Great location, close to the beaches as well as other amenities, but fairly quiet. Very welcoming and caring family who runs the villa. They take care of their guests. The swimming pool is also very nice. Good homemade breakfast. My family all thought the hosts were lovely and hopefully will visit them again.

The family running this hotel is the sweetest. They are so kind, friendly and helpful with anything and everything you might need, and it was a pleasure to get to know them. The apartment was simple but met all our needs, and the pool was a nice addition. The breakfast was also great.

Super nice host family, locally made breakfast with home made ingredients. They helped us with all our unique requests. I can recommend it to everyone. We will definitely be back!

“Amazing stay in the heart of Ksamil”

We really enjoyed the stay with Susana and her family, they provided everything we needed, the apartment was spacious, clean, with all amenities one might need. The property is situated in the very heart of the city, close to all shops, restaurants, beaches, etc, but at the same time in a fairly quiet location. Ksamil is quite the party town, so ocassional fireworks or music could be heard. The house is beautiful, surrounded by plants and a nice pool to cool down if needed.

Amazing Villa, very nice place to stay in Ksamil. It's 6 minutes walking from the closest beaches and same to the centre. The owners are amazingly nice and welcoming. Breakfast is served on the balcony and cooked directly by them. The swimming pool is amazing. Very recommended!

We had an amazing stay! The place is spotless, modern, and perfectly located in the center, surrounded by great restaurants and bars. everything in the apartment is new, clean and working fine. The swimming pool is great and kids friendly. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Suzana and her family are simply wonderful hosts—so kind and welcoming. We truly felt at home and could relax completely. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing stay. We were so well looked after by Suzana and her family. Breakfast was amazing and set you up for the day. The room was spacious and very clean and facilities were perfect. The pool is a lovely place to relax by in the day. You couldn't not have gotten a better location with everything close by. The family are incredibly talented and their little shop is well worth a visit for some unique souvenirs. Could not rate this place highly enough with Suzana and her family being the perfect hosts. Definitely recommend!!

“Very welcoming and a beautiful villa”

Everything about villa Ague Kapo was faultless. Location was central but set back to be private and peaceful of an evening. The pool was a great addition to a beautiful well looked after property. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the family they were all so welcoming and thoughtful. Breakfast was always so thoughtfully made and ready as soon as we were awake. The property means a lot to the family and this shows with all their attention to detail we thank you for a lovely stay.

Cozy place in the beating heart of action. Like an island in very active party town. Stay was comfort, private, hosted by extremely caretaking family. Hosts were friendly and always there, when needed. Parking (always trouble)was arranged in yard and very convinient. Private pool, deep enough. Corner in pool for smaller.
