The location was near the beach and te city center. The room was small but had everything i needed. Also very very clean. The people was very friendly and helpful. It was great.

“Wonderful Stay”

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. The location was perfect, close to everything, yet peaceful. The manager of the property was really friendly, kind, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Very accommodating. Thank you for your kindness.

Messaging late at night checking in. Insisting on coming on the property and cleaning despite us opting not to receive cleaning. We had a member of the group working from the apartment. The renter was asking for him to leave so they could clean. Unreasonable. Shining lasers in our eyes on the balcony asking to move a table cloth on a garden table inside. We had some friends over for dinner and he made a big deal over them coming over. Place is like Alcatraz , didn’t allow us to relax. Was complaining if we didn’t say hello. Avoid.

Our stay in Ksamil was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The location is great, easily accessible on foot and close to the main attractions. There was also convenient parking available. I would definitely come back again!

Nice apartment for a good price in the center of Ksamil. 5 minutes of walk to the nearest beach. Service was excellent. Regular cleaning of the room and clean towels every day.

Super spacious, cleaned daily and a great location. It also felt very safe, staff were on site pretty much 24/7 and helped with everything!
